General terms and conditions
- User will pay extra charges if any damage is caused.
- User will be responsible for cleanliness and safety while leaving the premises; additional charges may apply.
- Alcohol drinking is strictly prohibited in the premises irrespective of any licence or permission.
- A security amount of 50% of the charges (only for Vidhya Mandap and Seminar Halls) was stated as payable at booking and refundable after the event subject to penalties.
- Parking must be restricted to the designated space.
- Prior permission from the respective unit head is required for covering or decorating the passage.
- The Dean may impose penalty for violation of terms and conditions.
- No permanent fixtures or arrangements may be changed without prior permission.
- Any damage to permanent property is the responsibility of the user.
- Decoration, tentage and lighting were not allowed from university/college source; unauthorized electricity use could attract penalty.
- Timing of use should be specified to the Security Officer of the University.
- Tentage or rope support should not be taken from building poles and trees.
- The user is solely responsible for safeguarding provided material as well as their own material.
- Illegal activities or activities prohibited by State/Central Government or court of law are not allowed.
